Far Infrared Sauna penetrates the body’s surface with Infrared energy by about 1.5 inches deep. The extreme heat of a regular sauna can disrupt the body’s temperature regulating mechanisms and cause harm.

I find traditional saunas too hot, is Infrared any different?
Infrared sauna is completely different. It operates effectively at comfortable temperatures that range from 110-125 degrees Fahrenheit .

No you don’t need to bring anything. Towels and water are supplied.

Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes, and there is free parking right at our front door.
