Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy enhances the functioning of the physiological body system that envelopes the brain by manipulating the bones of the skull to treat a diverse range of symptoms/conditions – from simple headaches to spinal cord injuries. This treatment is also very useful for infants who seem to have unexplained bouts of discomfort and crying. Often times one treatment is able to help relieve the issue.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This type of therapy consists of a manual drainage techniques performed by a lymphatic drainage therapist. Such a massage primarily focuses on specific lymph nodes and points of the body, as well as the natural flow of the lymphatic system. To help lymph fluid move through the body, special rhythmic hand strokes are used, which many patients consider very relaxing. Proponents of lymphatic drainage believe that the process will reduce blockages of the lymphatic system, reduce swelling, which in turn promotes a healthier body.

Integrative Manual Therapy

Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT™) is a unique set of techniques, approaches, and methodologies that address pain, dysfunction, disease and disability. IMT approaches healing from both a structural perspective and functional methodology. This means that IMT addresses pain, dysfunction, disease, and disability by seeking the causes of these challenges. Only after the causes are found and treated can the potential for function re-emerge. Integrative Manual Therapy is not a magic bullet; it introduces new concepts to the body, giving the body an opportunity to heal itself.
